Foresight offers remanufacturing services that extend the life cycle of front end processing equipment. Foresight takes the risk out of rebuilding critical process components. Foresight rebuilds its components in a controlled, clean manufacturing environment. During each rebuild cycle Foresight will clean, dimensionally inspect and rebuild to predetermined customer and/or Foresight specifications. All rebuild programs that Foresight manages are copper segregated if needed. Foresight has passed all copper segregation audits, and is currently certified by the largest end-users in the world. Foresight operates a 50,000 FT2; ISO 9001:2000 certified manufacturing facility. Our vertical integration adds tremendous value for our customers because we are able to control, lead-time, cost and quality. Foresight also offers a consignment inventory program. This will greatly reduce down-time and allow for more consistency and repeatability across multiple customer locations.
