Our firm provides proven operating and quality systems to ensure your products are produced right the first time and on schedule. We operate an advanced ERP/Shop Floor Planning system allowing our dedicated production team to plan, monitor and produce your projects to “copy exact” standards and on time delivery. Our Barcoded, Real Time Data Collection system records production labor and the status of every operation on the floor in real time, allowing us to perform accurate Automated Scheduling and Capacity Planning.

We are also proud to be leaders in Continuous Improvement. Our internal system of process improvement tools and techniques is tailored to our business and drawn from the latest Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement programs. Continuous Improvement training is company wide and includes outside training by the Air Force/Defense Prime contractor program, independent Certified Blackbelts, and our comprehensive internal training system based on the best ideas from industry. We have a spotless and well organized facility due to 5S programs, operate Kaizan events to gain rapid improvement in key areas, and operate formal CI teams on all aspects of the business. CI programs seek to improve our productivity by 5-10% per year to maintain our competitiveness.
